In that role, he was responsible for serving notices of awards and rulings, as well as for carrying out seizures, inspections, reinstatements, and complex investigations in matters involving claims, ensuring compliance with the law in every legal proceeding.

Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself as a Legal Manager and litigator at various prestigious law firms (including RR Abogados, Garza Cavazos, and BSE). She has extensive experience handling and managing labor lawsuits across multiple jurisdictions, as well as providing strategic advice to companies on conflict prevention. Her technical expertise includes handling inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), drafting individual and collective agreements, internal work regulations, and employee termination processes.

She also has a versatile background that combines expertise in judicial and extrajudicial debt collection, as well as commercial, civil, and family law. She has handled administrative procedures with key institutions such as the IMSS, INFONAVIT, and various notary offices, demonstrating strong administrative and legal management skills. In addition, she has experience in the electoral field, having served as an assistant trainer in six processes organized by the National Electoral Institute (INE).
