She has experience in the adversarial criminal justice system, having completed a course for public prosecutors offered by the State Attorney General’s Office, as well as a certificate program in gender studies.

During his career, he served as a prosecutor in the central region of the state, assigned to various units, most recently the Assault and Sexual Offenses Unit, where his primary role was to coordinate criminal investigations, prepare for court hearings, and bring the alleged perpetrators before a judge, successfully establishing probable cause for their involvement in the crimes, thereby compelling them to compensate the victims for their injuries.

He later served as deputy local representative of the National Institute of Migration, overseeing the institution’s operations in the central region of the state. His primary role was to coordinate rescue operations for migrants and to actively participate in the process of regularizing the status of foreign nationals who had not yet obtained legal status in the country.

I worked in the State Judiciary’s Public Defender’s Office for two years. During that time, my main responsibilities involved providing criminal defense for individuals who could not afford to hire a private attorney; this included handling detention hearings, filing charges, initiating criminal proceedings, seeking pretrial measures, and representing clients in trial.
